Tyler and his team did an amazing job. From the moment they showed up at my house the sales rep was very professional and I could tell that they just wanted to help. I didn't realize I could get 100% of my roof paid for by my insurance company and they explained the process of how that’s possible and then took care of the claim for me. After doing their free inspection they did find storm damage, so they submitted the claim. At first their was a little push back from the insurance company trying to deny the claim but Tyler spoke with them and made sure it got approved. The repair and replacement only took a couple days once the materials were dropped off at the house. Highly Recommend Trojan Roofing as a company you can trust!! $0 out of pocket for a new roof and gutters! Thanks Tyler! ~ Adam C

Trojan is the single best experience I've ever had with a roofing company. Tyler dealt directly with our insurance company, made trips to help us choose our shingles, and was onsite during the tear-off and installation. He also made trips the day of the seamless gutter installation, and came out to help us when we had some rotted trim and wood replaced. Tyler is professional while also being relaxed, and helps put you at ease. He's very detail-oriented, cares about the quality of the job being done, and wants you to have an easy, worry-free experience. He really cares about the reputation of his company, too. My whole experience with Trojan roofing was amazing. They delivered exactly what they told me they would. It only took them nine hours to tear down and replace my entire roof. they told me they would get me a new roof for only want the insurance would pay and they delivered on that promise. All the people I dealt with at their company so far has been very. professional. I would definitely suggest that they do any other of my repairs that I may need in the future. I will definitely be calling them again. When they got done with my roof, it almost looked like they weren’t even here. Other than I had a brand new roof and it looks beautiful. I am a first time home owner who is working hard to rebuild my life and I am always super anxious about the possibility of being taken advantage of and making the wrong decisions. Bradley went above and beyond to put my worries to rest and delivered a beautiful finished product. My roof replacement was part of an insurance claim and Bradley coordinated everything with the insurance agent only leaving me with picking out the best color, out of the 10+ options they had. I was very impressed when the owner of the company came out with Bradley, to meet personally with the insurance company claims adjustor. I have a home I am remodeling and had asked Tyler at Trojan to quote replacing the roof everywhere except the front patio (I planned to modify the pitch line the following year and didn’t want to replace shingles yet) Tyler quoted a very competitive price to take care of the sections I asked for, and also included some waterproofing on the front patio so it would last until I replaced it next year. They came and replaced the shingles and added vents all in one day. They had to come back to take care of the chimney flashing another day. Both myself, and the Trojan team were very busy, so the communication and scheduling for their team coming back out wasn’t the smoothest. When they did come out, the flashing work was doing excellently. Overall, their work has been great and I would recommend them to anyone. I will be using them in the future for other jobs. ~ Ross B

Trojan Roofing was great. After the recent storm hit my area I had a lot of contractors coming to my door. Tyler made me feel like the process would be a breeze and he would take care of handling everything with the insurance company since I hate having to deal with them. He went ahead and had them come out and take note of the damage to my home. They fully approved me for a new roof and I only had to take care of my deductible. Great experience I would definitely recommend if you are in need of a new roof or even just a repair. Tyler K came out to inspect our roof for hail damage. After determining there was enough damage to warrant an insurance claim, Tyler was there at every step of the process. He met the insurance adjuster for their initial inspection and was extremely patient and knowledgeable answering all my questions about the inspection report, quotes, and the whole process moving forward. He even dropped off a magnet for me to use for a whole week because I'm paranoid about nails in the grass with my kids. Never even said when he wanted it back, just "here you go". I spoke with Tyler from the beginning. He was great with communication and gave super competitive pricing. We got two other quotes and he was the best which included the same quality products as the others. He was able to get our new roof and gutters done quickly, efficiently, and with great installation all while communicating with me all along. He sent pictures as well and went above and beyond to help take some heavy trash for us from a bathroom remodel that we couldn't dispose of. While working from home yesterday, I noticed my neighbors across the street having a new roof installed. I saw the crew show up at maybe 6:30 or 7:00 am. They went straight to work and didn’t stop until 4:00pm. I was so impressed with their diligence and team work in getting the job done. In 103 degree heat! They cleaned up well and were very organized. More importantly, my neighbors have a great looking roof! I don’t need a new roof (installed in 2016 by a different company), but I would like to have them install a new front door and inspect my gutters (installed in 2016) and damaged vinyl siding. My point: Companies may have great sales reps but it’s their crews that perform the work that are their best sales reps. They were great and deserve some recognition here. That’s why I called the company today and complimented them. So, that’s why I’m making an appointment with them to hopefully work on my house. Great job! ~ Lana H

George helped us access the damage from a couple storms that came through our area. He then met with our insurance adjuster, and provided us with the needed certificates of insurance. After everything was approved George brought over samples of shingles to view. He was very knowledgeable and aided in our decisions for both the shingles and gutters. We couldn't be more pleased with the workers, their workmenship, their clean up crew and the gutter workers as well. We love our new roof/gutters!!! These guys were friggin phenomenal. They completely redid my siding and my roof. Gavin was totally on top of it. They gave me a timeline and scope. They did all the work they needed to do without me having to be on top of them to do it. I've hired quite a few contractors in my time and these guys were just absolutely the best. They had ran into several problems doing work for my home but they charged me only for materials to do the extra bits and it was ridiculously reasonably priced in my opinion. Trojan roofing showed up at my door offering a free inspection. I had been thinking about getting one after a storm we had but I didn’t notice any leaks or anything so I wasn’t to worried about it. The service rep was of great help he inspected my roof and took pictures to show me what he found. I would’ve never known about the damage caused until it was probably too late and it started causing bigger problems. I just had my new roof put on this Saturday and I am very happy with the quality of their work. Insurance also approved gutters and they should be replacing those tomorrow. Great work ~ Bradley S

After a hail storm damaged our roof, we were put in touch with Trojan Roofing through our insurance company. The experience was seamless and we had an inspection completed and approval from our insurance company within a few days. Our new roof was installed quickly and is far better in quality and workmanship than the roof installed originally by our home builder. Trojan roofing was very outstanding. My experience with this company was a blessing. I was doing restoration to my rental property and a couple of weeks ago Indy had a bad storm. While working my interior contractors notice water flowing from my ceiling. I called several contractors and no one responded like the Trojan. Yes, I called about 2 p.m. Tuesday this week, referred by my handyman that they are professional, good, honest, hard working crew. Tyler responded to my call, came to my house at 7 p.m., showed me sample work and materials, guarantee that the work will be done as desired. Did I tell you they replace, tore off double layers of shingles, replace worn out plywood, did repairs to the chimney, and left my house, garage, and pool house flawless and looking amazing is a God sent blessing. Due to a horrible storm hitting our home it left our roof in shambles and with leaks all throughout; Eric Harris went above and beyond over the phone helping us file our claim and setting up at day to have them come out to get it fixed for us. He was a great representative, and I honestly wish every company had somebody as empathetic and helpful as him on their team.
